Fiona is a 500-hour internationally certified Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa flow training in Rishikesh, India with Tribe Yoga in 2010 and her 300-hour Ashtanga training in Goa, India with Kranti Yoga in 2015. She also studied 100 hours of Vinyasa teacher training with Studio Serenity in Washington, DC in 2008.
Fiona teaches Vinyasa classes based in Ashtanga principles of alignment but with room for variety and modifications. She believes that yoga is for everyone: every age, every body type, and every level of physical fitness. She aims to make yoga class safe, relaxed, enjoyable, and rewarding. Students should feel good both inside and out after class.
She has taught students of all levels in Washington, DC, Goa, India, San Francisco, California, and at the Canadian and British Embassies in Kabul, Afghanistan. She has enjoyed studying and practicing yoga in Nepal, Thailand, Myanmar, Costa Rica, Sri Lanka, France, Italy, and the United States.
Fiona is an international affairs professional who has worked in New York, Washington DC, Paris, Kabul, Abu Dhabi, and Baku.
Fiona and Anja became friends on a Tuscan yoga retreat and share a love of yoga, travel, and Tuscany.

Anja's teaching combines a dynamic and free-flowing style of Vinyasa Yoga with Pranayama and visualizations. Yoga is more than asanas; it is a practice for every age and every body type. This is what Anja likes to pass on to her students.
Safe and correct alignment of asanas is important in Anja's teachings. She gives comprehensive anatomical instructions and applies "hands on assists" to guide students into certain asanas. She teaches in German or English.
When Anja is not teaching or doing yoga she works for a multinational pharma company in Vienna as a patent attorney. She also holds a phD in Chemistry.
